EU is in spanish language UE. I guess, all latin countries use “UE”.
UE is France "l’Union européenne", so the label is for the France market I guess ...
Non UE means--- Where the agriculture raw material has been farmed in a third country.

I would understand "non EU", but what does "non UE" mean? We do have it also on some of the green "SCB Bio Organic" labels, but not very often.
