There are other versions of this sticker. I've added them below this one.
On the backside, it's advised (in German) the sticker should be placed near your work area, or even better the work area of one of your colleagues, to remind them of how Chiquita bananas make such a good snack.
The ending paragraph is a disclaimer of liability for any cosmetic damage that may be caused by the hard-to-remove sticker.
Also, pretty cool that the sticker paper has watermarks for "FastPrint (2) REMOVABLE R-100" indicating the type of paper used.
Unfortunately unsure about the date. The date is deduced from the label seen in the illustration, which dates in range 1960 to 1980.
